What’s GDPR?   

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new comprehensive data protection law that comes into effect on May 25, 2018. It will replace existing EU Data Protection law to strengthen the protection of “personal data” and the rights of the individual. It will be a single set of rules which govern the processing and monitoring of EU data

How is StartupDelta preparing for GDPR?

Here’s a quick summary of these important updates:

  • We’ve updated the Privacy Policy to comply with the new requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on May 25, 2018.
  • We’ve added a new Cookie Policy to make it easier to review alongside our use of cookies and other technologies.
  • We've updated our Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) shares our privacy commitments and sets out the terms for Intercom and our customers to meet GDPR requirements. This is available for customers to sign upon request. 
  • We’ve improved the way we describe our practices and explain how you can make choices about your information and the measures we’ve put in place to keep your information secure.
